Are there any programs that will rename .nds files without trimming them, compressing them, or copying them to cards?

But really, I'm not sure a program exists just to rename .nds files..

[edit] It seems I stand corrected, and am too slow.
Rominator isn't on my list of most used programs, but I'm sure that's correct.
