Auto reconnect VPN?

I know a lot of VPN services use their app that you can set to auto reconnect. But I'm happy with my current VPN service so I'm looking for a way to auto reconnect VPN when wifi connection drops then reconnects.

Is there an app that will let me use my own VPN service with it?
I'm on windows 10 and it doesn't seem to do it. It still requires me to click connect. I use btguard if that helps any.
