I really missed the audio mods I used on my old android phone :(.
So now I'm looking for a solution for windows that works like my old PowerAmp+V4A (Per-song EQ, bass+treble boost, surround effects, ...)

Any suggestion guys?

(Also, sorry it's not gaming related :P. But I REALLY need this. I want my music back )

foobar2000. Its built in audio plugin "DSP Manager" has a good selection of stuff like that, though I'm not sure if it does per-song EQ. iTunes, on the other hand, DOES do per-song EQ, but I don't think it does any of the other stuff.

Edit - you can change the EQ on the fly with a pop up window it has, but I don't know of any way with it to have a set EQ saved per song.
