Hey. So I recently installed Atmosphere to a new OG release switch and haven't touched it since. Its currently on firmware version: 10.2.0 | AMS0.14.4je

Ive never updated Atmosphere prior to this, only SXOS. Is it a pain the backside or easy? And what should I be using for the firmware installation?

I currently boot the system using Tegra, does this need updating too?

I was going to use this guide
https://birbchirp.gitbook.io/switchguide/cfw-guides/atmosphere/atmosphere-installation

Thanks, sorry if some of these questions seem obvious

Updating Atmosphere is not difficult.
  1. Download the latest Atmosphere version and put it onto your SD card. Deleting the old /atmosphere/ folder beforehand is recommended.
  2. Download the latest signature patches and put them onto your SD card.
  3. Boot the system with the latest version of fusee-primary.

Ok, as for Firmware updates...is Choi ok to use or Daybreak?

Any good install videos for Daybreak?
No videos. They are really quick outdated. But even otherwise you don't need a video or guide for something like that. Daybreak is actually self-explanatory. Copy the firmware update folder to the sd card, start daybreak, install.

Put the system version folder onto your SD card, open the Homebrew Launcher, open Daybreak, and select the system version you want.
See above :P

Carts aint working now....am I screwed?
Also be aware that updating your cartridge slot prevents you from using it on any firmware below 11.0. This is relevant in case an exploit such as an untethered coldboot is released on a lower firmware version that requires an unupdated cartridge slot.
