Wait for Atmo if you want something with some actual quality in it where you shouldn't be immediately banned.
Alternately, just use hekate and layeredfs if you want piracy with less of a ban risk.

If you have money and aren't stupid enough to play pirated games online (ie Splatoon 2 or other online games), SX OS. If you enjoy "dude when it's out" vague in-the-future promises, then it comes down to which is released first, a cracked/patched/spoofed/etc. SX OS or Atmosphere and a functional backup loader. I have my money on a cracked SX OS coming out first, personally.

4 me is atmosphere unless TX comes up with emunand fast (they say its probably coming in the future).

I want my console to remain on 3.02 because who knows if I could see the days of a coldboot exploit that we can just power the console ON and its already running the CFW without payloads, jigs and RCM stuff every time the console is shutdown...

All I know is 3.02 is completely screwed to get an actual softmod, but above 4.1 makes it way worse and lets face it the higher the FW the more and more layers of "stability" Nintendo will keep adding to prevent having a true exploit not related to RCM bootrom bug that Nvidia left back...

PS: I wouldnt mind having SX OS when they support emunand, that is a complete different beast and if it was already emunand since day one hell I would be pretty tempted to buy SX OS right now, but having to update my actual console is sadly a no-go 4 me as I don't even care going online or going to eshop or even login to nintendo account on my Switch. But there is still some ppl working on a way to actually update the console without burning the efuses and a way to go back to the original FW, in that case I wouldnt mind actually trying SX OS updating the console in a non nintendo official way.
