Just to make sure I have this right, your Switch is on 6.2.0 and can boot stock Atmosphere just fine but you're seeking help for a black screen issue when attempting to use the patches to enable you to play pirated games, is that right?

To play backup games yes

most likely, you need to go back to https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-heard-that-you-guys-need-some-sweet-patches-for-atmosphere.521164/ and grab the latest version. considering your post, you probably don't need the nogc, because you've probably never downgraded. hope that helped!

(btw dude, slow down on the tags lol)
i did grab the latest version, I've been using SX OS but they dont support this version so i try atmosphere latest + i put those files into my atmosphere folder and it not works.

Where did you get the patches, and where did you put them?

Oh, but you don't need signature patches for personal NSP backups as they contain legit tickets for your account and console. So go ahead and remove the patches, boot Atmosphere stock and enjoy! If these were pirated copies there's a different set of instructions you'd have to follow to fix the issue, but you don't need those.

did you follow the guide correctly in the thread? i don't experience similar results.

Well what i mean by backups are they are downloaded copies of games I already own because I am not sure how to dump them.... in the end i figured it out.

Ah, okay! Since they aren't personal backups they are considered pirated copies. We'd help either way, it just matters which you're using so we can provide accurate help. If you would be so kind as to post the solution for anyone else that may run into the same issue as you?

If you have a problem at least have the tendency to report the problem and solution so that if someone else may come across the same problem they'll be able to get around it.
