Hacking atmosphere/config_templates impossible to delete

It looks like I discovered the error.
The problems were my PC front usb ports.
After formatting the SD with rufus I got again an unreadable card, so I switched to motherboard ports.
And I managed to complete a fresh install of atmosphere without any problem (till now)...

I have the same problem. Do you have a guide on how to make a fresh install and format the sd card?
