Hello everyone.

The last time I used my switch it was still working with SXOS, but it stopped working (I don't know why) .

I wanted to migrate to Atmosphere and for that I bought a new SD and formatted it in FAT32 and copied the latest versions of hekate and atmosphere.

When I start atmosphere, I get this error, can anyone tell me what can happen? I have been reading and I think my firmware version has some kind of bug? I don't know.

Some information.
  • I haven´t a game card inserted
  • The SD card is new and formated in Fat32
  • Lastest versions Atmosphere and Hekate
  • SXOs user in the past.

In case it is the firmware if I can't turn on the switch completely, how can I upgrade the firmware?

Have you updated OFW?

I have the latest version of atmosphere and I can't start OFW either, the same message appears.

It's very strange. Can it be a problem with the saves ?
Could I try a factory reset?
Hekate has the option to boot into OFW.
I would suggest to boot into Hekate and boot into OFW. Hold the Power Button for a few seconds to force shutdown the Switch.

Yes, I have done that, run hekate and clicked on OFW but the same error appears.

You are right, I have started before incorrectly, now I have started the OFW the Nintendo logo appears, and then the screen stays black and nothing appears.
Try to update from the Nintendo Switch's Recovery Menu.

Try to update from the Nintendo Switch's Recovery Menu.
Nothing... it does not enter recovery mode, I hold down vol + and vol - then power, but nothing happens.

And thank you for you support really!

I can't turn on the switch, without having the jig on, that's strange too.

Do you have AutoRCM enabled?

Yes, I had it activated, I have deactivated it. Now when I try to do the hard reset the nintendo logo appears and then black screen again.
Have you downgraded your firmware at any time? It might be because of burned fuses
Do you have a backup of your SysMMC?

I have never downgraded, I have always kept version 10.2.0.

I think I have a backup but from when I was using SXOs.

Try running the archive bit fix via Hekate.
