GBAtemp member Rioray did get Hatari playable on the Vita recently but I think they would need a personal Switch to dev on that platform. Hatari will also boot on switch Lakka but the controls seem to be completely borked.
In the meantime I've found p-uae in Retroarch to run Amiga games quite well, the cycle-accurate option runs games at their correct speed and it can directly load whdload archives. Just the annoyance that you can't safely switch games, and need to quit out of retroarch and close your redirected homebrew menu each time to avoid crash.
