Would it ne difficult to port hatari or uae on vita ? Would be so Nice to play dongeon master on vita...

Castaway (Atari ST) sort of works with VHBL. It's a bit buggy though and sound is not great.

I'm not sure about PSPUAE, last time I tried I couldn't get it to load any ADFs.

How you run PSPUAE on Vita?

Through VHBL. I wouldn't bother though, neither Amiga nor Atari ST emulation was very good on PSP. I recommend VICE instead as most of the good games were on C64 too.
