Okay, so I just bought my gaming laptop and it came with Windows 10. Usually, when I buy any new hardware; like a laptop or tablet I format it. It's now running Windows 11 but, here's my problem, any time I go to unplug my laptop it shuts down, and won't run on the battery.
I've already checked to see if it was the battery and its not, its fully charged. The only thing I can think of that might fix this is to go back to Windows 10? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!
