Hardware Asus N56DP driver issues

idk what happened i tried running my pc benchmark and it keep saying incomplete. my gpus arent being detected. i tried installing amd auto detect drivers, no dice i get error amd device not found or not working properly. i tried booting into safe mode and using DDU to remove previous drivers. i unistalled the Nvdia drivers as well. deleted all files and still cant get anywhere. im out of options now.
