ROM Hack Question Astral Chain .wtp .wta Texture Export

I've extracted bunch of .wtp and .wta files from Astral Chain.
I tried Bayonetta wtp to dds script, but it couldn't read anything.
Is there a way to extract .wtp files to a viewable image format?

Switch Toolbox was working on reading textures from Astral Chain. I don't know current status.
