It suprised me I didn't see another topic about this,

But i have a rom from ASH and it's actually 256 MB? I thought the maximum was like 128 MB..

Its apparenty due to all the FMV's that are in the game but its a sign of a change in the quality and limits of the DS.

Maximum size of a game was said to be 512mb I think.. could be wrong.
I think that they could make it as big as they want. But Nintendo doesn't want to make too many expensive carts.

I was already expecting a 2 Gb game. I think this will be the maximum for quite some time. But Nintendo will probably also make 4 Gb carts in a few years.

Though it has great cut scenes, the actual in game graphics are kinda ugly.

Game does play really well though.

Games full of fmv--terrible to play usually.
yea ? when come to turn based rpg it does not have any matter (it is eaven better, cose instead of sh***y animation you will have a movie)

Yeah but turn-based rpg's are prolly the worst genre of games to start with - even fmv can't make them worse... ;p

I personally feel that turn based rpgs are better than real time rpgs as they are more calculated instead of just hack away until they fall.

Hoping that this jump may mean we one day get to see a Pro Evo on the DS done as a recreation of the old PSOne ISS: Pro Evolution 2.

Unlikely though

At least this size increase didn't cause any problems.

GBA had a normal limit of 256Mb/32MB. There ARE in fact larger carts, but none of them have ever been successfully dumped due to their bankswitching method.
