Hacking armloader hack help

Hello , I followed the new tutorial by hacking my old 3ds , and the last section when said update your 3ds by system setting if you didn't do so , so I updated my 3ds to 11.0 fw and when I reboot the system the health and safety is no longer lauch fbi . what should I do , should I redo the step or what ?

You should inject FBI in H&S sysnand again following the guide steps on doing so
