So I recently purchased a cfw arm9loaderhax 2ds running on 11.0. im don't know how to do anything, how do I update etc stuff like that and the ds download play dosent work for Nintendo ds games and it gives me a black screen I posted this for tips and replies how to fix and what do I do now to my 2ds?

You should probably ask the person that you purchased it from to give you the list and the versions of what they installed, so that we can help you a bit more (you could also post a screenshot showing the files and folders on the root of your SD card, it will be a good start).

What do you need/want to update? Does it ask you to update the system when you try to go online or access the friends list?

Wow, what a prick, I'm sorry.

Anyway, let's forget about him and focus on the 2DS. If you don't know what CFW you have installed (or what's a CFW), just post a screenshot of the SD card files as I suggested, it will give us a clue to start with.

Do you have an app called "Luma Updater" installed?

download this
http://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/builds/Luma-859944d.zip
and download the luma folder and the arm9loaderhax.bin in your sd root. then replace them with the files in this zip
