Hacking Arm9loaderhax "exploiting arm9..."

You don't need to touch the Nintendo 3DS folder at all throughout the entire process

neat thanks, so i can also keep the 3rd folder that is created in the Nintendo3DS Folder yes? you know the folders with long title "ij3u921" etc. XD
no harm keeping the third?

i know one thing , that the 2 i have in it One is sysNAND and the 2nd is the emuNAND folder. so what would be the new one though?

maybe I'm wrong about that. tinyformat wont' remove your install data. that's nice! but a new unique id folder will generate under nintendo 3ds dir though(this doesn't bother much...)

because i do not want to re-copy eveyrhing. the guide i watch he deletes eveyrhing off the mSD after reaching the end of the process ,supposedly for fresh and cleaner success rate? but i shall try as explicate said and just not copy/recopy anything.

im doing this currently on my ogXL. (my og small all went well, but i did delete evryhing off the mSD and recopied) .

edit: my 2nd try worked too, with my OGXL all went well without having to recopy my Nintendo3ds folder ,phew!

but i am now needing to know how to set L button to boot into SysNAND i managed to set R button to boot into ColdBoot(menuhax) but L boots nothing, just blackscreen! anyone can help?

what should i configure in menuhax to set L to boot me into sysnand with siig. patched. ><

if you are using aureinand, this will be super easy.
aureinand has the trigger itself, hold L when boot up 3ds, you goes into sysnand with sig patched. menuhax doesn't seem important now.
when boot up 3ds w/o hold any button, it will automatically boot into emunand

you didn't use the same otp for n3ds right? otp are console unique.

mm i used the website called CloudA9H fl... etc. hmmm i used that site to compile my n3ds OTP the 0x100 code< and i placed the .3dsx that came out of it into my 3ds folder on my mSD

i tried removing menuhax still no dice (tried the normal homebrewlauncher from the starter pack still no dice)

I have installed a9h on n3ds, but I didn't have the compatiblity problem

I personally used menuhax to get into HB in order to run the a9lh exploit, since browserhax didnt work for me.
But it even took me like 2-3 tries

minipasta is a simple sign patched tool.... it's not necessary..

1. Copy the produced arm9loaderhax.3dsx to the /3ds/ folder on your SD card
2. Copy the emuNAND.bin you created at the beginning of Part 4 - Section I to the root of your SD card
   (if you didn't follow that part of the guide, you will need to create a backup of your EmuNAND using EmuNAND9)
3. Rename emuNAND.bin to NAND.bin on the root of your SD
4. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS, then press Start to reboot
5. Get into the Homebrew Launcher on SysNAND through the entrypoint of your choice
6. Launch MiniPasta, which will patch your SysNAND and reboot you into the home menu
7. Get into the Homebrew Launcher on SysNAND through the entrypoint of your choice
8. Launch the arm9loaderhax installer
9. "Exploiting arm9" should be nearly instant, if you get stuck restart and try again
10. The installer will now restore your EmuNAND NAND.bin to SysNAND, then install arm9loaderhax to it

you mean a9h.3dsx....
you can't download a usable otp.bin for your 3ds.... you extract it by yourself

aureinand has the trigger itself, hold L when boot up 3ds, you goes into sysnand with sig patched. menuhax doesn't seem important now.
when boot up 3ds w/o hold any button, it will automatically boot into emunand

mm i think it is because of my menuhax .. i think i will just delete it then.

but is there a simple way to boot into HB within Aurnand? the cia does not always work , it needs internet always i think.

( i meant i downloaded my otp i extracted from my n3ds and then downloaded it from the compiling page)

you need firm0.bin for L boot.

cfw are firmlaunched, you need to have both firm.bin for ntr and firm0.bin in /rei/ dir
