Hacking arm9loaderhax 10.6 With NinjaHax, Decrypt9WIP Not Launching?

I have followed the
Full Stock to arm9loaderhax CFW Guide - Everything You Need to Know (Includes OTPHelper Now)

Got everything working till i get up to Part 5 Session 42:Reboot, then open Decrypt9 from arm9loaderhax by holding X on boot, then go to "SysNAND File Options", then select the "Dump Health & Safety" option
Thats where I am getting the error.

Failed!
Health&Safety Dump: Failed!

Got everything working.
The only Issue is I got into Homebrew with Ninja Hax wishing I can inject the FBI Banner with Decrypt9.
But it just goes into a red screen then jumps back out to Homebrew.
Nor the FBI.cia would work.
Any ideas guys?

But it Fails When I try to Dump the Health& Safety.
Whats the best ways to get .cia work?

Simple fix, boot into emuNand with 9.0-9.2 firm than use it from there.

But I assume I don't have emuNand anymore?
on my Decrypt9 page it saids SDcard: xxxxxMB/xxxxMB & no EmuNAND

Oh..... Downgrade sysnand to 9.0?

Dumb question, are you doing it under EmuNAND or SysNAND? It should be SysNAND.

Yes It's under SysNAND.
There are no more EmuNAND on my 3ds now.
On the end of the Guide it saids if I press Y I can get into EmuNAND9? apart from that everything seems ok up to the Part 5 Session 42:Reboot, then open Decrypt9 from arm9loaderhax by holding X on boot, then go to "SysNAND File Options", then select the "Dump Health & Safety" option
