You need OTP to initially install arm9loaderhax. Always. No exceptions.

Updating arm9loaderhax to include screen-init does not require OTP (But initially installing it still does) if you use the updater.

how do i update arm9loaderhax to include screen-init :l

If you already have it installed, there's an updater floating around (Hopefully someone can link it). Alternatively, you can compile dark_samus' arm9loaderhax installer (Which will require your OTP again), and install that the same way you initially did.

For N3DS people who have trouble with the screen-init installer, where it shuts down immediately when trying to load the installer, try recompiling your arm9loaderhax.3dsx with dark-samus's fork of it and running it (on top of your existing a9lh setup, assuming you still have 9.x sys): https://github.com/dark-samus/arm9loaderhax

I got screen-init to work with this.
I'm getting an error when recompiling with this "ImportError: No module named Crypto.Cipher"
