Ok I have a few questions I would like to ask I have already dumped the otp.bin and would like to ask if someone would like to compile the 3dsx file for me also i wont to know if there is a way to get rid of arm9loaderhax after it is installed and also what I would have to use to get everything working I currently have a n3ds xl 9.2 sys 10.5 reinand with a hardmod installed so would I be able to uninstall arm9loaderhax with just restoring a backup also where could I get the files for reinand for arm9loaderhax

You can find the rei for a9lhax on rei's github.
If you want, you could send me your OTP and I'll build it to you.
To get ride of the a9lhax, you need to rewrite your NAND, using D9 or an Hardmod.

Are the required 'data_input' files different for n3DS and o3DS? (I'm only finding *.firm files specifically labeled with 'new')

In case of a sysNAND brick after arm9loaderhax is installed. (arm9loaderhax loads emuNAND fine). Is there anything that can be done to fix it or a hard mod is needed?

It would depend on the type of brick. If it's a brick that wiped out ARM9LoaderHax, or somehow prevented it from loading, you'd need to get a hard mod. That being said, you could load 9.x emuNAND to boot Decrypt9 in order to fix things, or wait until there's a proper version of it for A9LH so you don't need to boot emuNAND at all (but it might be a while since the devs still don't have the screen init stuff working, thus no graphics for a menu).

Can't it be possible (at least temporarily) to have an A9LH version of Decrypt9 with no GUI? Sure, you'd be playing a guessing game (or if you have something else to reference to), but it can work right?

I know Cakes has something similar when using it for the first time.

Possibly, but you'd have no way of knowing if it failed, or when it's done. I guess you could have it power off when done, but no matter how you look at it, you're going in totally blind.

It's already possible, but you can't see a damn thing because of no screen initialization. If you want to navigate the D9 menu's blindly be my guest. :P

Arm9LoaderHax is still functional. Sysnand just won't boot at all. Not even the touch LCD lits up so I guess that's a brick but I can access EmuNAND just fine and have backups of both NANDs. I'm planning on making a hard mod asap anyway. Thing is, Decrypt9 isn't working for me on EmuNAND. I enter HBL from the cia and when I open the homebrew, it flashes red and black and restart (using Masher's gridlauncher if it's of any help)

Decrypt9 will only work on emuNAND if it's on 9.x (and using a firmware.bin from 9.0). Are you using AuReiNand to try and boot sysNAND?

Yes, I'm using AuReiNand. Gonna' check the firmware.bin files.

EDIT: How do I setup the firmware90.bin so that it boots? Do I need firmware.bin in the rei folder as well and firmware90.bin in "installeda9lh"?

Both firmware.bin and firmware90.bin need to be in the rei folder on your sd.

So I have my OTP thanks to the easy to follow v2 guide :). I wanted to know 2 things. 1) Could someone possibly compile it for me . I'm on OS X so don't really want to mess with it lol.https://mega.nz/#!5w0R3DTZ
2) TO use Rreinand Mod for o3ds what exactly would I have to copy? I want to basically have emunand boot with sysnand boot if a trigger is held etc. Thanks for the help .
