Hacking Arm9 Prefetch Abort error after closing injected game

Hey there, I am having some issues with some injected genesis games on my New 3DS. These games are injected into the 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2 game, and run perfectly except for one problem. After I close them down by hitting the home button and pressing X, I can no longer open any other 3DS game or homebrew, as it will sit on the 3DS splash screen forever. Also if I try to simply shut down the 3ds, I get an arm9 prefetch abort error. The error never shows up when I boot the system, only when I try doing anything else after playing those injected games, which all the other threads about the prefetch abort error seemed to be people having the issue when booting up.

So I have two questions then

First obviously, is if there is any way to stop these injected games from somehow causing errors when closed, and the second would be, will these errors harm my N3DS in any way? Because if they don't, I could just put up with closing the error message every time I play the games.
