Hacking Arm9 exception error

I recently upgraded my o3ds luma3ds, however everytime i try to load something i get the error arm9 exception error. Can anyone help?

Update your apps? Which programs do you want to use? And on which firmware are you?

Sorry i was mistaken. I tried using lumaupdater and mario kart and get the same error message. Its an old firmware. Do i update it using sysupdate or through the normal way?

Without knowing what's exactly wrong with it, you'll have to troubleshoot from the beginning. Try this.
