Hardware Are these Toad amiibo different?

I was cleaning my amiibo and stumbled across two toad amiibo. I compared them and one of them is shorter than the other, and being in a different stance. I also noticed that the skin color is different as well, being much lighter. I've provided a picture with the odd one on the right. Is it fake, or just a different version?

They ARE different. The one on the right has a different skin tone, as well as the plastic being visibly more glossy.
