Gaming Are these being worked on?

I was thinking about buying a cheap 360 and JTAG it, but I want to know if any of this stuff is being developed.

GBC/GBA Emulator
N64 Emulator
Dreamcast Emulator
Media Center software w/ MKV 1080p playback

And I highly doubt these but a Gamecube and/or PS2 emulator. (The 360 seems powerful enough)

I have not seen any of the emulators but people are certainly looking heavily into media playback.

On the other hand we just got a port of SDL to the 360 so things will probably move fairly quickly now.
