Gaming Are there console (PS3) games coming for vita?

I don't really know what to get.

Most of the games I want are those franchises on the ps3, but I don't really have the time to play at home.

So I just want to ask... Are there such games which major franchises (like MGS or CoD for example) have also planned to make for the vita as well? (apart from the usual PC, Xbox and PS3?)

No nasty stuff please.

If there are quite a few (I hope for MGS and some other shooter title) then I'll consider vita.

I really like the PS3 (especially the games), but I just don't have the time.

You can be almost certain that CoD will be included in the Vita's library.
It's on the DS.

There will be some major franchises (CoD, Uncharted,etc.) and there will also probably be some direct ports.

I'm mostly interested in the major franchises (like CoD again, I can't think of another game!) but for now they're only available for the PC, 360 and PS3. I'm hardly at home, hence i don't have much time to play on these consoles.

If these major franchises were to come to the vita, I'll get it. Since the vita can be called a mini ps3 I really hope for hardly any wimpy portable games and for these franchises to make the vita version for it as well

All future kojima games on PS3 will be on Vita also. (According to an interview) thought it's debatable whether Rising or MGS5 will be because Rising is already under development, who knows if it is already being developed for vita or not. *fingers crossed for both rising and MGS5 on vita*

MGS HD collection confirmed for Vita.

And I heard the CoD they are making will be Vita exclusive. The resistance and killzone they showed will be exclusive i'd imagine.

I already have a bluray player anyways.

I'm especially looking forward to those crazy FPS franchises

For console entertainment, I'll just save up for a 360... Since I never actually owned one and most of my gamer friends are on 360.

Sony has said that they already have about 80 games planned for the VITA, which I am pretty sure will include a MGS and a COD of some sort. (I'm not sure about Battlefield.)
