are there 8bitdo counterfits yet?

So I buckled down and got an anologue super NT (should be arriving in march) and since I'm canadian I couldn't find a 8bitdo receiver or even a controller that had it included. I found one on amazon for 30$ (reciever) and was just wondering if there are counterfeits around yet since it's a chinese seller.

easy way to find out if you have a clone pad is try and update the firmware as that should fail but iv have not as of yet seen any fake 8bitdo controllers anywhere (i own a SF30 PRO and a SF30)
