Hardware Aqua Blue or Black?

99% of all TV screen have black borders/frames, why?
Because it make's it easier for your eyes to focus on the screen.

The Aqua Blue 3DS has a black top screen.

Yea, and the top screen is most used too I know.
But having strong colors close to a screen isn't very smart

How so? You're not going to be staring at the touchscreen.

Rune Factory, Robocalypse, etc say different.

Even so, the colour blue isn't going to distract you. You're right next to the screen.
