Hacking Apply system menu skin to sneek

Wondering if anyone has done this with any success? The only way I can see would be to use the original programs that were designed to skin the NAND by launching from the HBC, I wondered if it was possible using showmiiwads to modify the NAND on a PC.

Open up the app in ThemeMii.

Thought I'd done that and it created a CSM file which was then to be loaded by a wii-based application? What I meant was is there a way to apply the CSM to the sneek NAND on a PC, without using wii homebrew programs.

Your question was concerning applies CSM to a NAND.

I told you that CSM is an app file. You should have figured out the rest from there.
