Android version? if it's 6.0 (MARSHMALLOW), use Portable Storage and copy everything with a file manager. Not sure about other android versions.
If you have enough space on the internal storage you should be able to just use any ordinary file explorer to copy all the files over, personally I like ES File Explorer.
