'Till the 3DS is hacked (if ever), no you can't reset the number of uses on a demo. It is a little silly on Nintendo's part to add an unnecessary limitation to a DEMO, but oh well.
The only thing I can suggest is for you to go out and get the game you really like.
It's permanent. Even a reformatting will not give you more tries.
Are you absolutely sure about that? I know a system transfer will keep the number of uses you have left, but a complete format?
What if I wanted to sell one of my systems and I used up all the demos? The buyer can't play them.. ever.

Deleting the eshop account works if I don't remember wrong.
Yep, it's the eShop that keeps track of demo. It remembers that you downloaded them on that system, regardless of whether or not you've used up all the tries. The demo auto-deletes itself upon exhausting the tries, and when you go back to the eShop to get it again, the eShop knows you already downloaded it before and expects that you have used it up.

Wasn't it system tied? Like system number SEF20000 has used this demo 30 times.

I wouldn't risk deleting my eShop account mate. Buy the game you really like! Which one is it btw?

Lol it was nintendogs + cats only reason I played it was because my neice who's 1-2 years old really likes it.

Not trying to be a jerk, but why do people put such cryptic titles for threads? Why not just put "Is there a way to recharge demo uses?" instead of "Any way to... (demo related)". Idk, it just feels like a cheap way to grab attention, to me. Especially when there're people who wouldn't know and wouldn't bother if they knew the subject. It's kind of a dick move to purposely waste people's time just for a vain effort to get your question answered faster.
