So I have a faulty switch that will boot into Hekate but when I try and boot cfw it just turns off.
When I try and boot ofw it shows the Nintendo logo then turns off.
I am assuming its a nand issue or mismatched fuses?
So I have a few Switches and use daybreak (choi in the past) but am not aware of a way any of these can be used without having a fully booting switch?
I have checked Hekate to see the fuse count so should be able to know the correct fw it should be on but how do I get to update it, if at all possible?
Thanks for your time.

Can't update firmware unless you can boot up into Horizon OS. Best thing you can do is rebuild the NAND but you won't be able to go online with the rebuilded NAND.

Hekate ignores the fuse count so in theory you can use it to boot any version of OFW you’d like regardless of how many are burnt.

Thanks, I have seen two videos by sthetix, one uses a donor nand the other uses the console nand if it can be downloaded (which mine can) so think there my only options!

Thanks for this, so this basically says I have more then a fuse issue, its more likely a corrupted nand!
