Hi,
I have a modded OLED, I went with the Instinct mod chip and it worked great at first but as time goes on it takes a LOT of tries until the switch successfully starts, one day it took like 5 hours of somewhat constant retries. So I really try not to restart the switch.

I just went to use DBI to copy an installed game from that switch to my computer and the "installed games" MTP option isn't there. After some reading it seems to be because of missing keys, I do see the red padlock in the bottom right. So it seems I need to dump my keys but the only way I know how is to restart and boot to lockpick and do it. So that would be two restarts....

So I figured I'd ask if there is an alternate method, guessing no, but it would be nice. And am I right I have to dump my consoles keys specifically? I know I really should have done it to begin with, I thought I did but I can't find the files anywhere.

I really appreciate any help.

I'd say just reboot into lockpick (however many attempts that requires) you shouldn't need to do it again/more than once (new/updated firmware masterkeys can be obtained online).

Sounds annoying AF tho, good luck. ;)

Sound like your problem is more of it not glitching instead, so you should fix that instead, I have an Instinct NX V6 it glitch 100% of the time.

Agreed with @Hayato213 , I'd either send it back to the person who modded your switch or send it to someone who knows what to check to stabilise your chip. It could be a bad chip but if you paid for it to be modded, it should be done right.

Thank you for all the replies, I appreciate it. I'll just go ahead and reboot it at some point and deal with the long glitch time.
