Hacking Anyway to format TWLNAND

Hey for some reason my TWL Nand is bricked I can't even launch a DS game or DSiWare I've tried the restore mode in the guide also an old backup with reinjectingnmy ctr transfer thing and it just won't stop giving me an error has occurred please turn off screen, any help would be appreciated

Usually missing SRLs on TWLN can brick TWL_FIRM. There is no format procedure for TWLN outside of the system format function in system settings. You can start by uninstalling all DSiWare from Data Management in System Settings then checking that none of the built-in apps are missing. Like DS Internet and DS Download Play SRLs.

You can start by removing all TWL titles, then installing all the titles in the 「DS mode doesn't work」 troubleshooting section of the guide. That might fix the problem.
If that doesn't work, go nuclear and flash somebody elses' TWLN partition, then try the above again.

how do I acquire someone else's twl band partition

Looks like the only way to fix is to go nuclear I've backed up ctrnand partition is there anything else I need to back up with decrypt9 before I do a system formate and restore the ctrnand partition?
