Hacking Question Anyone ordered Xecutor SX PRO from SwitchSX.com??

Anyone ordered Xecutor SX PRO from SwitchSX.com? I'd like to make sure if the store is really legit or not? I placed an order and I need help with the order, but they never replied my email and there's no telephone number to reach their support.

I made a paypal request via email as they instructed me since yesterday. I heard that someone had to wait 2 days for a response. They have a facebook group with an active mod. He says that the person is super busy with all the requests and will eventually get to yours. I really don't know what kind of company this is and I'm getting impatient. No other sites accept my credit card and they only do visa/master.

there is over 1000 orders they are dealing with now, and alot payed with PP so they are busy processing them manually.

It's not only this site that's busy with orders. I also tried 3ds-flashcard and switch-flashcard with paypal and it's not instantaneous. They have to manually send the money request.
I'm fine with waiting as long as this is still just a preorder. I just feel stupid for ordering from three different sites. Whicever one responds to me first wins. 3DS flashcard is the most expensive, totaling $54 after shipping costs.

It's really difficult to order the SX-OS right now which I think is ridicuulous but at the same time I understand why.
I'm afraid that I'm gonna have to wait another month to even get to use my Switch. I just got it yesterday.

i used modchipsdirect for the sole fact alone that switchsx.com checkout page said 8-12 days via usps.. first class mail doesnt even take more then 3 days on average, and priority mail would most likely the only way to send it as im sure the packaging for sx pro weighs more than 13oz... so i believe they are not truly shipping out of the united states. i also asked on their facebook page, and a mod told me another mod would get in touch with me, and when you goto his profile, it says he lives in paris.. when checking out with modchipsdirect it stated ships directly from michigan, 5 days max.

They are an official reseller. I understand the concern but be patient. They wouldn't be an reseller on TXs site if they weren't legit

Join the facebook group then post your order on the group's wall, you get a free case

When i pre orderd mine it was in the very early 300's so whats it at now. 1000's? Wow so im glad i pre ordered the pro version and a case you say? Where does it say that?

If you are using Paypal as a payment method make sure that you do not send/transfer Money/Funds to any of these companies using the Family/Friends option. If you send/transfer money/funds using the Family/Friends option Paypal will no be able to ensure your purchase do this option. Meaning if they mail you a box with a rock you just pay $40 for a rock.

I called and ask Paypal customer service because I have a company asking me to do that for a Switch purchase.

they send you an invoice for you to pay, thats it and you can do a charge back if they attempt to scam
if a company is asking you to send them a paypal "gift" don't do it

I ordered mine from switchsx a few days after the product went live. Paid with PayPal and everything went smoothly. Currently says "processing" under my order.

Just wait a few days and see what's up. I'm sure with being an official reseller, those people are slammed with orders.

I ordered from them and FYI I had to pay international fees with PayPal to pay them. Most definitely NOT in the USA. I don’t care where it comes from, but don’t tell me you’re USA based when my payment definitely didn’t go to anyone based in the US.
