DealExtreme ships worldwide $10 Pandora's Batteries. Would probably be cheaper than IF you even find someone.

Ask someone who has a creditcard / PayPal to buy it. BTW, you don't always need a creditcard to use PayPal. I can use it just fine with just my bank account.
