I looked at the prepatch file and I think I figured out why it doesn't work and rewrote it in Atari 2600 Basic Programming (cart #2620).

First Make a bat file:

10 REM Wii ISOLoader v.1
20 REM USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
30 PRINT "Wii ISOLoader v.1"
40 PRINT "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!"
50 GOTO PROGRAM1

Then:

Program 1

Then:

Program 2

Put all the files on your SD Card. Boot your Wii, run the bat file and viola!
