On both my old and new 3DS, I get an error when trying to access Eshop from Rxtools.
My o3ds is on 10.3 emunand, while my n3ds is on 9.5 emunand + NVer and free multi patcher used.
A NNID is set on both emunands, I don't see what can be preventing access to eshop at this point.
