Hey guys I got my Cyclo for about a week and it is amazing, everything works perfectly! Its a black one but the flash card sticks out a little bit. Is there a way to fix this? It really isn't too big a deal but if there is a fix I would like to do it.

You're gonna think I'm being silly, or taking the piss, but, if it is an issue for you, have you thought about filing it down slightly, with something not too abrasive ... a nail file, for instance ?

If by 'flash card' you mean the microSD card, then you can't really, because it's a build problem with the newer CycloDSes.

Yeah I meant the MicroSD card. It wasn't a big deal and because that is the only build problem with my Cyclo and it doesn't affect anything than its fine with me.

You could open up the card, remove the MicroSD card slot, and re-solder it lower down into the cart. Actually, there's a tutorial for it somewhere, I'll look it up for you.


Edit: It will have to wait as the tutorial was posted on TeamCyclops' Forums, which are down at the moment.

GG reading what I quoted, I was talking about filing the MicroSD, not moving the slot.

Hey I have an iPod is it safe to drill a hole through the middle of it and hang it on my keyring? or in other words NO of course it is not safe to file a memory card down for aesthetic reasons.

You would end up with a perfectly flush and completely useless mini plectrum.
