Hacking Any Title Deleter Fail

I'm trying to rehack my wii, thought I should use ATD to do some cleanup. But I keep getting errors saying it can't detect the region, even though I reinstalled the region select, and disabled all priiloader hacks. I also says it can't get count of titles when I try to look at any category. I want to delete anything I don't need.

Try using wiimod, it has a title manager in the advanced menu.

How are you loading ATD? Via cios or ahbprot? Perhaps you don't have to proper patches on the running cios. I believe you need es-identify, which would be a base 36 or 38 cios typically.
