i'm not talking bout save editor. it's like in pcsx2 where you can save not using the in-game's save but the emulator's. pressing the save state on slot 1 and then load it again how many times you want instantly. there are some games that frustratingly freezes on me when i'm quite far in a match or dungeon. like in dungreed, i had a good weapon and accessories and then when i went to the next floor the game froze into black screen. in the game we can't save mid-game inside the dungeon. maybe if there is a quick save this issue wouldn't be present for me. like i could quick save every several floors. and when the game do froze again, i could just load that said save.
so is there any homebrew app as such?

Well, issue is this is an emulator and that's why it's feasible for it, because it emulates state of device outside of it.
Switch cannot do it. You would need to run something above HOS to make save states feasible. Which is not possible on many levels, one of them is amount of RAM.

No and there never will be.
