just buy OoT and powersave. OoT = $20, Powersave = $15

Bruh, OoT Nintendo Select version is like 20$ and can still be hacked. I mean you either need a powersave or a friend with a hacked 3DS.
I actually recently borrowed a copy of the game from a friend and used it to hack my boyfriend's 3DS.
