Another Tracking problem...

    Here is my order confirmation:

    Order Date: 6th Jul 2010

    This order is marked as Shipped

    You chose to ship this order with Express Shipping (DHL/UPS/EMS)
    The tracking number for this order is 920003458
    ---------------------------------------------------

    It's been several days now and yet I still can't track my order on all of the three couriers. They did send me a link to my email to track my package, but the result from the link is "No shipments found. Please revise criteria and resubmit.".

    I have opened a ticket regarding this problem and yet to receive a reply. I paid a premium to be able to track my order and yet so far, it has been pointless.

    I am not asking for a support from ShopTemp, but I would like to know if anybody here know any special way to track the package using the tracking number provided?

    You should try again now with the DHL link. I made my order on the same day and had the same problem, but it works now.

    Thanks Ritsuki, I just tried it again and finally I got the tracking information that I wanted.
