Hi! Like so many others (it seems), in pursuit of a particular pack, I inadvertently installed the Wii IOS58 instead of the vWii.
I uninstalled the Wii IOS58 wad following Cyan's instructions about making a WiiU VC injection of YAWMM. I managed to recover the IOS58 files from my NAND backup, and I restored it via FTP as per garyodernicht's unbricking guide.
Unfortunately I can't reinstall HBC because (presumably) copying the files this way fake signed them and so wuphax / hackmii says it won't help me reinstall the HBC.
I have tried to look for a clean dump of IOS58-64-v6432.wad, but I have not been able to find any. I think that would solve all my problems, if anyone has a clean dump they can PM me. Otherwise does anyone know of a workaround so that I can reinstall the HBC?
