In case anyone missed it.. Things are beginning to snowball, and I wouldn't be surprised if 2012 is the year we get a hack! More games = more chances for exploit

Lismati is correct. We need a 3DS mode exploit that is able allow access those functions that control the firmware. That or get very lucky in finding a way to get through the sandbox in DS/DSi mode.

I think our best bet will be third party software.
