Annoying Bracket-Shaped Dead Zone

My New 3DS XL has an annoying bracket-shaped dead zone on the far right of the screen. Here's a picture of it:

Note: This is from Flipnote Studio (I have a modded 3DS) frame on the top screen. No, it's not a problem with it's TWL mode, it's the touchscreen itself.
