Hacking Animated Skins for Sakura?

Before I go about and downloading and installing the needed programs for animating I want to know if a Sakura skin can use animated images. Would be nice even if it's just the Wallpaper. Anyone happen to know?

Yes I know, and NO Sakura doesn't support animated images..
