Misc Animal Crossing Wireless Black Screen

Hey guys, recently got into the scene, running a DS Lite with AceKard 2.1 and Animal Crossing.

When trying to connect to wireless network, the screen just goes black.

No idea what's causing this, I'm trying to connect to the wii as well to transfer characters etc, but nothing happens

Also, wifi is confirmed working, as I've played online on Mario Kart.

Ideas fellas?

I have discovered a FATAL BUG in AC:WW.
If you have a FC with the following code: 1001-1010-1001 then every time you attempt to use Wi-Fi your game will crash!
Do not enter that friend code!
I discovered it when the game first came out and I got it that Christmas 2005.

As for your Problem.
Use AKAIO 1.5 and get the latest loaders.
You need to find the AKAIO Fourm and click on the "Loaders" link there, Google is gay and links you to an old Loaders Page.
The latest Loader also fixes Saga II:Goddess of Destiny's Crashes when starting or Loading a game.

ALSO! IF YOU ARE HAVING CHEAT CODE PROBLEMS:
Go to your ROM settings -> Cheat/Action Replay -> Set as ENABLED -> Save Changes -> Start Game With Cheats
