you know what...you should go there with a DS and a flashcart and basically dump your save game and spread it...that way everyone gets some.
Theres something called AnimalMap, which is a sav file editor for editing your Animal Crossing save file!

the thing is, it won't help legitimate cart users. you'd need another DS runnig the rome, to play multiplayer and transfer the items...
