ROM Hack Animal Crossing New Leaf Won't boot

Hi, i have old3ds luma3ds a9lh 11.2.0-35E CFW, but i cant boot ACNW. However, launching the game from the home menu simply presents me with the Nintendo 3DS splash animation, and it gets stuck there.

Does anyone knows whats happening and what can i do to fix it?

I had the same problem. I had to make sure there wasn't a firmware.bin in the luma folder.
(Mine was for a retail cart, not sure about your situation.)

It was downloaded in the freeshop, and when i had rxtools cfw worked fine, this was even before the update.
Now I've switched to this cfw and it's looping when I boot
