Still a little confused on you're layout to reach 1.1 million HHA points. Was it-
Main room- Regal Set
Rome to left, right, and up- Rococo Set
Upstairs- Also Rococo?
Downstairs- Does it count?

Downstairs doesn't. count. Main thing is, you need to have (IIRC) 80% of your items to be antique items if that's the theme you chose.
Rococo,
Retro
Regal
or Golden are all good.
It doesn't matter if you use the series or sets repeatedly because they do not count as ''series'' or ''sets'' in the evaluation. But rather as themes.
So, go wild.

As long as all the rooms u have all have antique pieces it's fine. Orange mailbox is antique too.
